  1. St. Jude finally called me today to schedule my health screen for Thursday! I've been waiting like so so long for that phone call :/ has anyone for St. Jude received any additional information?
  2. Did anyone get a call yesterday, kind of about a general update/timeline of when we should be receiving emails or a phone call? Someone, presumably from HR, just said I should be hearing about my health screen 5-7 days before I start. And that I'd be receiving another email that has a packet of like all the information I should know. It was kind of a random phone call and not all that helpful I guess?
  3. Perfect!! Do you happen to know anything about our schedule when we start?
  4. I too got a response to my email inquiring about our program schedule at St. Jude! HR said they’re looking into this...apparently the schedule was supposed to go out last week but so much is behind right now with Covid19. I’m sure they’re slammed ?
  5. Could you clarify where you’ll be?
  6. Hi! I'm gonna be on surgical/neuro at St. Jude in Fullerton! Anyone else on that floor or hospital?
  7. For those that got hired last year, what did you put as your minimum expected annual salary?
  8. Unfortunately I wasn’t called back after the interview. I did think the interview went fine but maybe I just wasn’t what they were looking for. It was about 2 hours. There was 6 of us interviewing, and we each were at a table with two interviewers, in a 10 minute per table rotation. So every ten minutes we moved to the next table and answered the same set of questions. It sounded repetitive but since you are talking to new people each time, you want to make your mark each time. The last 10-15 minutes is a case study. They give you a case study just like in school, and you look at it for five minutes before you talk to them. You’re by yourself, so not like a group type of thing. And I had three of the interviewers with me in a smaller room. Basically asking what would be your SBAR, concerns, and steps to take! It went by pretty fast once everything starts. questions included: (all behavioral) -why this hospital? -tell us about an unsafe situation for you or for your patient and what did you do? -what do you have to contribute to this hospital?
  9. Hi! Did you guys get interviews? I'm applying for the TIP starting this April and have an interview on Thursday. Does anyone remember what questions they were asked?
  10. The day isn’t over yet...trying to stay positive
  11. ah congrats!! did you give you options for dates/times to interview?
  12. Hi! I'm having trouble figuring out how to upload our documents onto our Jobvite profile as well!
