Has any applicants had a call back yet? anybody got offered a position for March 2011? :confused:

From what I have heard, the panel interviews will be at the end of this month and people will be called about a week before to schedule them. I think everyone does have to go through the HR interview first. There are very few positions and people who work there, such as Nurse Techs, will obviously be given preference. I think they will probably fill from their internal pool first and if anything is left start calling everyone else. I heard the panel is NOT about clinical questions. Good luck to all of us!

Did anyone get an interview yet I heard someone was interviewed on Friday... I'm scared :( cuz I've haven't received anything since the "congratulations" email...

Congrats to all of u who were contacted for preliminary interview & good luck on the panel interview I spoke with human resources & they already contacted all the candidates for this cohort .... Sigh!! I shall continue looking I guess I waited to long to start looking for a job ;(

Is this email the same or different from " your application has been received" and "if you dont hear from us within two weeks, assume that we have moved on to other candidates" ?

Good luck usrns! I know in time we will all find something its a very tough market for us new grads unfortunately :( I hope it turns back around so future new grads don't have to stress like we all are now.

I really thought that all the hard wrk will pay off after graduating but it really sux when I look at job postings & they all say " NO NEW GRADS" I though having cum laude & playing leadership roles in school would help but I guess not; I did waited 9mos to start looking for a job because I wanted to spend time w my baby but oh well... I will continue my quest... I sincerely do wish the best of luck for those who have the panel interview schedule try ur best to prepare for those behavioral Qs & pls let us know if u got hired I would really like to hear that at least some of u got a job...:)

Thanks you too! She said she is out of office today and tomorrow so calls should start Wednesday and she and Felicia and Charlotte will be making the calls. I just am praying to do as well on panel interviews I love Torrance memorial and hope to be starting there on aug 22!

Your welcome, the work will pay off (it's just when I know that feeling) have you looked into la county or the VA? They are long processes but I know county for sure welcomes new grads and the VA hires a lot as well

So the panel interview consists of behavioral questions? I thought we did behavioral questions with HR or is it both?
