  1. For the people who went on Friday, did any of you have the panel interview with 7 unit managers?
  2. This is why hospitals should invest in New Grad RNs. With the right training and orientation we can fill those spots for less pay too.

  4. Today was kind of a good day, I got the panel interview =) and later in the day when I went to get gas I saw a dog get run over by a truck. He has no use of his front left leg and has weak hind legs. I was so angry when I heard the gas attendant say "he's been running around here for about 3 days now." Somebody should have called Animal Control sooner! Anyways, I stayed with him and gave him water until Animal Control came. He will be at the Animal Shelter on Spring st. in Long Beach. I also made a post on Craigslist so that the owner can find him. I hope he is micro-chipped as well...

Nice, i just looked it up and everything sounded good until I read this Applicants have completed a minimum one year full-time continuous employment as a licensed Registered Nurse within the last five years. New RN graduates who do not meet the minimum of one year full-time continuous employment in an acute care setting as a licensed RN must be currently employed in an acute care clinical setting as a RN. jw, How did you already get accepted without working as an RN?

  9. Good luck to all of you! I hope we all get panel interviews. @saR3eeN: There is no way of knowing that there were better candidates than you. Keep your head up. Also, I had my interview on the 7th as well. What was your time slot? I might have seen you. For the internal candidates such as jelly, do you all have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing?
  10. So the panel interview consists of behavioral questions? I thought we did behavioral questions with HR or is it both?
  11. Anyone going to the panel interview? Does anyone know what they're going to ask specifically? Thanks.
