Took Nclex yesterday...

I am new here, just am about to climb the walls. I took the nclex yesterday in CA and it cut off at 83 questions. Anyone here recently took the CA nclex and if so how long did it take until you got your name up on the web license check? I am really going nuts. :uhoh21:

Anyhow- glad to be here- let you know how I did later.

The NCLEX is standardized nationwide, not just by state. And at 83 questions, you probably did very well. Try not to worry, I bet you passed with flying colors!

I'm sure you did well with only 83 questions. I'm scheduled to take the NCLEX next month... let us know how you did and any tips to prep before I go

It is a good sign when it cuts off that early. Try to see if you can call to check on your status and what tips you can learn on how to read how you did whether it is a pass/fail. Again, I am sure you passed but you will rest better.

I was sure I failed and passed. Just because I took the Board Certification through ANA for med/surg; I was sure I failed that too and passed... lol

Good luck! I hope you passed.

I sent in my application and money to NCLEX yesterday. Does anyone know how long it'll take before I hear from them? I read that it could take 2-3 months and I am hoping that isn't the case.

Mine took about a month or so. I sent the money but they had to wait for my transcripts.
