Took my boards today at 8am. Computer shut off at 75. Took me 45 mins and I had a lot of SATA...yikes! Walked out thinking incompletely bombed... did the PVT and am getting the good pop up so here's hoping!!!
I tested yesterday, it was 88 questions. Kaplan really helped me the most it was very similar in wording and format. I had a ton of SATA. I went out to the lobby, made sure my results said "Delivery Successful" and I received the good pop up. I was still in the testing center it was only myself and the check in lady and the one who watched you take the exam. When they seen my face light up, they ask if I done the trick. I was like yes, they then said that odds are I passed. Pearson knows about the trick, the reason it shows the pop up is in fact because you passed so you cannot re-test since there isn't a need because as soon as your board releases your license you'll be a nurse. That was the rationale that came from the Pearson workers themselves. So long live the PVT!
I also took my test today, I failed. Didn't have many SATA, but I did have a lot of priority. MEDS I had NEVER heard of, not even throughout nursing school, diseases I'd never heard of. My test was about 80% priority, NO MATH... No delegation that I can re-call. I studied my *** off and I'm very disappointed. Did LaCharity PDA, Helen Feuer & ATI. NOT giving up though. This only motivates me to try harder.

They are very similar. You should give Kaplan a try! Good luck and also do you have the study guide that's floating around on here? That was really good too along with lipincotts alternate style Q&A book.
