Okay, wow is it hard to sit here and know I have to wait until probably Wednesday (because of the loooooong holiday weekend! ) to get my results! I took NCLEX this morning and the computer shut off at exactly 75 questions. It took me about 50-60 minutes to take the test...and I was sooooo nervous but I stayed as calm as I could manage. Anyhow....I thought it was THE HARDEST TEST I HAD EVER SEEN!!! Oh my god!!! It was so tough! So because I felt it was hard and that I got only 75, I am PRAYING TO GOD (I already did multiple times so far!) that I passed! The last person I saw before I left the testing center (next to the door on my way out) was a nun! :) I took that as a sign that God is watching out for me and that I passed! I must sound nuts-I agree! :) I'm just trying my best to stay positive and oh my god, the waiting is already torture!
I had a lot of different topics-med/surg, maternity, pharm, psych, leadership and management! I know I prepared very well for this and did tons of questions and also studied test-taking strategies, but nearly my ENTIRE TEST WAS ALL PRIORITIZATION !!! It was every where! Wow! To me they were tough questions cuz all the patients I was asked to choose from to see who I'd see first-they ALL SEEMED UNSTABLE & IN SERIOUS LIFE-THREATENING SITUATIONS!! Sorry for all the capitals-just trying to stress how hard I thought it was! Did I mention it was hard? So that is a good thing, right? That it was tough and I got 75!!! I don't want to even think about what else only getting 75 can mean! Let's not go there!
