I haven't started school yet--start in January (I have 4 pre-reqs to take--have a prior degree), but I thought I would take it for fun, too. I was a bit distracted during the examination by my kids (ages 4 and 22 months), but I think I did decent considering I know NOTHING outside of my personal experience thus far.
I got a 49%---failing, for sure, but I was proud that I got 100% of the questions correct on the Oncology, Gastro, Integumentary, Immune and Hematology Questions in the Med-Surg section and did pretty well on the I.V. and Medication Administration. However..... I'm a Mom (and I think a pretty good one ) and I didn't get much of the Pedi part correct! HA!

I took the NCLEX pretest on this website, http://198.146.4.5/nclexrn3500/mainMenu.do;jsessionid=21807DA5831BBA557A7DAB73797667F2, for fun, just to see how I would do. I really wanted to see what NCLEX questions were like since I hear about them all of the time on these boards. Considering I have never looked at this type of question in my life I didn't do to bad, better than 50% anyway. Lets hope I do WAY better after a couple of semesters of nursing classes.
