took nclex 7/18- feeling nauseated

Nursing Students NCLEX

hey everyone,

Took the exam today. Left the test, went to my car and just started crying. I feel like I totally blew the test. The machine shut down at 75. I encountered at least six multiple responce, three on herbs, 2 fill in the blanks, and I could not even think if the questions were getting harder or easier. I want to remain confident, but my insides are telling me I really blew it. Had a bunch on prioritizing, but not to many on delegation. I know if I fail it will not be the end of the world, but I just feel so numb now. Any suggestions?

You don't know how much better you just made me feel! I hope you are right and that this time I did PASS...I am so ready to move on with my professional career...I'll find out by tom. noon. I am taking my kids to the pool now to try and forget about all of this for a while. I am so happy for you. I am glad that you are now a REGISTERED NURSE...congrats to you and your family. I wish you the best and I'll keep you posted on my situation. Thank you again for taking the time to write me. Take care.

I took the exam on 7/13, and felt the same way as you! Mine went up to 140-150 questions, and I felt clueless the entire exam. I got LOTS of pharmacology questions and prioritization questions. About 4 select all that apply, and 3 math questions. I also left crying, and just in total shock. I was like a walking zombie. I found out on 7/15 that I passed, thank God. However, if I could give you any suggestions it would be to possibly go to work, a movie, or book. Anything to take your focus off of the test. I went to work the next day, and it put me into such a better mood. Rest assured though, I bet you passed! :) Good luck!

I guess everyone feels that way

:crying2: OH!God I just woke with my nightmare (dream was about I failed my NCLEX)I am freaking out right now beacuse I dreamed 3 days on the row that I would get 75 questions and I really got 75.I took mine on 7/18 and it seemed you have the same combination questions with me and I also feel the same way with you. I don't know when you will get your result but I have to wait 2-4 weeks. What a torture! :crying2:
. I just know I failed... my "easy question" diseases/ scenarios were so random...I just felt underprepared and DUMB!!! :crying2:

Oh and it shut off at 79 or 80... :uhoh21:

Hey..confusing... did you fail or you think you might fail? I think you will be fine. I am taking mine tommorrow... reading all these posts scare me.

Start telling yourself now that you have conquered classes, clinicals and professors to get here and now you will conquer this test. Say your name + registered nurse. Get pumped up and stop reading these posts!!! They are not a reflection of how you will do!!!!

OMG! You guys are all scaring me!!!!! I feel so nervous for ALL of you! Either way, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you all passed and that you're only worried because you haven't heard the results yet. I'll be in the same boat in January, so mine's not too far in advance. Good luck to all of you! And when you pass, REWARD YOURSELVES!!!! :biere:

Just wanted to update everyone that I finally passed! It took two times to do it but I am finally a Registered Nurse! I am so excited. I will pray for each and everyone who is taking theirs next and/or who are waiting for their results. Don't give up! Have faith, and remember that "good things come to those who wait." This website has been such a blessing during this stressful time. I want to thank everyone and wish everybody the best. WOW what a great feeling to finally be able to say I am a nurse!!!
