I took my NECLEX-PN today and I was cut off at 85 and I feel the same way you do. I don't feel like I did very well!! It sounds like we had a lot of the same types of questions. I will find out in 48 hrs (the longest 48hrs of my life)!

Hello leeleechee! I took NCLEX PN on 7/10. My computer shut off at 85 questions too! Do you know if you passed yet? I am nervous, can't eat or sleep until I find out my results. Good luck to you, so far all the posts I've seen are positive. The ones whose test shut off at the minimum have all passed.

Can I join this boat. Took NCLEX-PN on July 10th at 9am....same thing 15ish check all that apply, a couple pharm, a few infection/isolation and a good amt of priority....shut off at 85 and I almost threw up. Cried 1/2 way home. I'm an 3.8 student, got in the 95-99 percentile on the two ATI exams and I can't believe the trainwreck that happened on monday. I really felt stupid when I left.

Waiting on my results....it's been 2 business days and I keep checking....I guess it's supposed to be 48 hrs (but is that from test start or finish?)

Good Luck

I had that same experience, and mine also shut down at 85. I had free standing medications that I never heard of, and the questions were formed in ways I never practiced with my 6 CD ROMS. I passed, though!! I was told that most people walk out thinking that they failed NCLEX, because it was strange. I can certainly emphasize with the torturous wait. I got my results in two days (and I was told that because I took it on a Saturday, that I would have to wait and call for the results on Wednesday). Happened to call Monday, and received my results.

I cried from that Saturday until I received the results, and like you, I thought as though I was guessing the whole time. I remember choosing answers by deducing "You look too insane...normally, I would never do this, so, you MUST be the answer". I chose at least 5 that way, and had FIVE all that apply in a row! I was ready to scream!! I am glad that nightmare is over, and I don't want to ever face NCLEX in ANY form, ever again.

You may have done better than you expected, and be very shocked.

Am I reading correctly...FIFTHTEEN all that apply?? Oh, my God, I would have just fainted on the floor! I was moaning with the 5 that I got in a row! I wish all of you the best of luck. That test was a surprize to many, but most people I know, including myself have passed at minimum. Keep us posted.

I feel a little better reading everyone posts.... I hope I do pass though.... It's just the wait is killing me slowly... I have to wait 2-4 weeks or something.... I haven't been able to sleep, eat, or breathe.... I just want this so bad that I'm so depressed that I can't even live my life.... :bluecry1: I hope everyone pass here... I'll keep you guys posted... THanks for the comments.

I found out this morning that I passed! I found my results on the Pearson website (after paying $7.95). Now I'm nervous about starting to work as a Nurse. I'll only get 4-6 weeks of orientation.

Let us know when you pass (because you will)!
