I agree Angel Love, knowing your content really makes a differents. It's so much content to know though but you have to know it so when you get to that NCLEX question and it is asking about a disease that pulled out of nowhere you can say in your mind, I know this, I studied this, I got this. Happy feeling when you know what you know and can answer the question correctly without a doubt.
Hey King James, Saunders is great and can be the only book to use when answering questions and checking the rationals no matter if you got it right or wrong. I love Saunders, I spent a lot of time going through the content and answering questions after questions, after questions. I kinda have problems with answering Priority questions so that is why I purchased Prioritization, Delegation Assignment by Linda A. LaCharity. It is an easy book to follow and it taught me how to answer Priority questions. The book is mainly geared towards RN's but it did help me as an LPN also. Suzzanes plan said all we need is Saunder's is to study from. All them other books we have purchased already and studying from just seem to confuse what we really need to study. Studying from one but makes it easy to stay focused!!
Thanks for starting this thread, I just recently graduated and am waiting for my authorization to test to be able to schedule my nclex. I also wanted to know what resources I should be looking at.
I've been doing about 100 questions a day, but will add as I find out when I'll test, from Kaplan's Qbank and the Saunders CD-ROM. Reading the rationales does seem to help me remember the material better and I get a little better scores each time I take a new practice quiz.

Hello guys!
I'm just wondering what review books/online questions did you used to review for the nclex...what would you highly suggest? I'm a new graduate and I really want to take the NCLEX as soon as possible, while everything is still "fresh" in my mind. My instructor has been gearing us towards nclex by giving us questions on our quizzes just like the nclex, so hopefully that will eventually help. I have the ATIs from my school and Saunders, but I feel its not enough.
Thank you and congrats to those who recently graduated and/or passed the NCLEX!
