hello, i've been waiting for my approval from immigration for about 8 months already still i haven't recieve my approved petition....how long is the immigration release the approval... plsss help im exhausted of waiting....

I suggest that you contact the immigration attorney that did your paperwork. They are the ones that are familiar with your case and can give you the best information.

Most employers will not just let you out of a contract like that. If yours will, then you are very lucky. Most, and almost all, have a cancellation clause in every contract.

As long as you have your EAD, your petitions are continuing to be processed. AS to exact time when things will get done, no one can tell you that.

And to your issues of what is happening where you are working. CA has ratios in place and your facility must meet those, as well as providing you with a break. And if they do not provide it, then they must pay you for it. But I find it hard to believe that you do not get any break in 12 hours.

Thank you. Will keep checking the status on the web pages.

What comes to break issues. Two months ago I would have found it hard to believe that nurses do not get breaks during 12 hour shifts. Live and learn. There is a penalty pay system in place and they are paying.

what suzzane said is true............we dont have control of the processing by the uscis. the only thing you can do is to keep following it up with your agency..thats what i did only to find out that after they filed it in california they refiled it in texas.i waited for 6months but there was no approval, when they refiled it in texas it only took 3 months. by the way suzzane is that possilble?

it is possible for service centres to be faster than others. When my file went to Texas I had approval in 11 days :)
