what suzzane said is true............we dont have control of the processing by the uscis. the only thing you can do is to keep following it up with your agency..thats what i did only to find out that after they filed it in california they refiled it in texas.i waited for 6months but there was no approval, when they refiled it in texas it only took 3 months. by the way suzzane is that possilble?

my wife is a physical therapist and as a PT from foreign nursing school, california board requires them to take california jurisprudence exam. that is why i am asking if this is also true to foreign nurses applying for the state of california. thanks for the info.

thanks for the reply suzzane......you mentioned there that the processing is continuous, i've been surfing the internet concerning the issuance of visas i found out that the priority dates retrogressed......sorry that i stated that the process was halted.

TO ALL NCLEX Exam takers
I took the exam last january, Central Park Hotel is near the exam site. it's 3 to 5 mins walk to grandmillenium. hotels in the kowloon side they say is cheaper try checking the web site of the hotel in hongkong, hotel rates changes. don't take a cab.....its expensive, the MTR is easy to take. good luck

hi! I'm from the philippines,I just passed the NCLEX. my petition for immigrant was already approved but becoz of the retrogression my procession was halted. I just would like to ask if the state of california require nurses from a foreign country take a jurisprudence exam before I can pratice in the U.S. your help will be appreciated.......

How hard is the NCLEX???
i've taken the exam last january and i say it's hard....just read kaplan materials and saunders it would help you a lot. i reviewed in kaplan
