retrogression is over! at least until october. yes!!!! all of the retrogression dates are now current. this is fantastic news. the main question that our clients have been asking us is: why did this happen? here is why: the uscis is authorized by congress to approve 140,000 employment based immigrant visas per year (including dependents). this year the cis (and dos) are falling far short of those numbers; thus they are aggressively moving those dates. hlg expects that the dates will stay current until the october bulletin. until then we should see many needed workers enter the us. this is fantastic news!! in october the numbers will likely retrogress again; but for a few months - paradise. hello, i've been waiting for my approval from immigration for about 8 months already still i haven't recieve my approved petition....how long is the immigration release the approval... plsss help im exhausted of waiting....

from the school that i came grades really doesn't matter. as long as u pass the licensing exam local and US. hey, u have the same chance to be hired by an employer...what matter is u know your nursing.....God bless!

i just would like to know how true is it about the retrogression for nurses applying for employment in the us will be frozen. Is there any truth regarding this matter? It has already been known to many that the visa quota has already been reached just this september. pls extend information regarding this.....

what matter is you passed your nclex to be considered to work in the us as nurse...what's the used of being a local board passer if your not a usrn......hhhhmmmm......:smiley_ab
