and other thing is i just went to US embassy manila this morning to get a finger print card they have given me two set the other one has a new mexico address in origin the other one has no address in origin they told me i can use it in any state which one will i use? is this okay to be used in texas?

is this the requirement needed? 1.application form together with 200 dollar 2.verification form with prc 3.verification form cali with 60 dollar the passed letter where will i attach it? and by the way the passed letter is that the candidate report worth 10 dollar or the first letter that i received from cali that i passed the nclex then i have to provide a SSN or else my file will be abandoned?

yes texas will be the state i will transfer my nclex exam.so if i submit the verification form together with the 60 dollar then cali.will send it to texas together with the letter from cali that i passed the nclex.?is that it bec. yes i have the letter stating that i passed the nclex in cali.but that was before 2006.in my understanding is it cali will be the one giving the letter that i passed the nclex together with the verification form that i download to texas.? by the way im from the philippines. hi guys if that is true im one of the nurses planning to endorse my nclex to texas.That they dont require CES.SSN? and i just like to asked together with the form of endorsement is fingerprint and payment of 200 dollar how about Picture of passport size is it also a requirement?hope for youre response

Hello lawrence thanks for your reply. just want to ask my PD is oct.1 2006 it was approved on jan.2007 i heard that the only file that will benefit from ''grand fathered'' are those filed in june 2005 below.above those date like 2006 and 2007 will be under the new law even if your case is already approved. i hope you can answer my question.

I agree with you..if US do not need foreign nurses anymore they should say it clearly.

So nursing unions are the one lobbying congress to limit foreign nurses? if that's the case future nurses coming from PIC will have a hard time or will no longer find employer from US. and retrogression will have a slim chance of being lifted.
