I'm a first term RN student. I pride myself on my time management. I use calendar and list apps and always keep things organized. Halfway through my first semester, I'm totally fried out! I'm barely passing and all I do is read and read more. I'm not sure where the time goes, to be honest I don't even realize when I zone out. I really want to be able to utilize my study time and make things stick. I'm just curious about how everyone stays so focused, even when they are studying 10+ hours a day. Also, it wouldn't hurt to know how to keep track of time and stay on task. Thanks for the help guys.

If all you are doing is reading, perhaps reading isn't the best study method for you. Have you taken a learning styles inventory? Not everyone can learn the same way; it's best to utilize the study methods that will help you retain the information.
I have! I'm a "tactile" learner. I did great in didactic (as most do I assume) and enjoyed fast-paced technical lectures. Concepts in fundamentals... well it reminds me of boring psych classes. I haven't found a way to use tactile learning at home to study, I don't even know what that would entail.
Thank you! That's really helpful!
