This is a new tread for anyone applying July 15, 2014 for TCC Nursing program.

Thanks! But I have the requirement down packed. My questions is, would they let you start the program even if you've been accepted to the March cohort?

I'd initially say no because Sophie is dealing with the same thing - but in my opinion it never hurts to ask. Janice Hawkins, the chief nursing adviser at ODU, can answer questions like that directly. I'm assuming you've already spoken to her?

Hey everyone! So myself and one of the girls in Cohort 3, (I am in Cohort 4) were wondering if anyone wanted to get lunch after the orientation meeting? It'd be nice to meet the people we'll be in nursing school with! And we are both doing the concurrent program and would love to talk to others doing that as well. We can meet outside the room after the meeting if you'd like to get lunch! I'm Sophie Gustafson and my friend is Ashley McNeese. At the very least, looking forward to meeting you all at the meeting!

That would be awesome, I am in cohort 3 also, would love to meet you guys.

After an additional 2 weeks of waiting for the committee to decide the speed bump of my domicile, I received my acceptance letter today for Cohort 3! Wow! Super excited and grateful for this upcoming journey.

Me too! That's why I was asking who was in 4 lol. That's ok, I'm sure there's more of us out there otherwise there wouldn't be two cohorts!

I took CPR HLT105 TCC Norfolk on a weekend, it was easy. But be careful because they give you homework to complete before you go to the class, if you do not complete the homework, they don't let you take the class. I saw them turning down couple people.

They are up on the schedule, go to VCC SiS. The class is HLT 105. They have classes coming soon.

there is one on December 6, class number 41272. And the next one is in December 12, this one is two days, Friday and Saturday class number is 41273.
