Hi colleagues
I am working as RN in the Kuwaiti Hospital Emirate / Coronary Care Unit
My Hospital Location : United Arab Emirates / Emirates of Sharjah
Here i would like to share with you in the near future my knowledge and experience in nursing
Hope i can benefits from joining the all nurses and sharing new ideas with all of you
My Nursing manager agreed to administer thyroid medication in the morning and on empty stomach but i found the medicine can be administered in the morning and or night , the purpose is to minimize binding to food avoid erratic absorption and improve the thyroid function .

Graves Disease'r here too. Now that I'm days, I do my pill on my way out the door to work. When I did nights I had to shift it around, but figured that getting it in, even with chow in the belly, was more important than not taking it at all
