Hey yall! Anyone applying for the Pre-FAll 2021 (begins in May 2021) at TJU at Center City. Feel free to share concerns about stats, the application process, and more!

I definitely can see why you'd be drawn towards applying to Center City for that reason, and that's actually appealing for me to (since im from the city too!). im more just a little worried about housing/safety/parking and getting to clinicals so hopefully someone can chime in if they have any info on that?
and ofc! I'm gonna be graduating in Winter 2021 with a BS in public health. im at a cum GPA of 3.36 right now and hoping to bump it up to at least a 3.4 by the time I graduate. pre-req GPA is 3.6 but im currently still in the process of taking physio right now. I hope that doesn't hinder my app too much?
the only clinical experience I really have is volunteering at a hospital but I have less than 100 hours due to covid ? I've also been working at my school's student health center under my boss who's a clinical nurse manager, but I don't get much patient interaction there.
how about you? ?
I just received my acceptance right now! im soooo happy right now, jefferson is probably my top choice ? if anyone wants to know my stats, here they are!
There is a FB page for people that have been accepted and will be attending Jefferson so that we can all connect with our future classmates, give support during the program, ask any questions we may have about our upcoming classes/during classes, etc! I didn’t make it but it’s called Jefferson Fact 1 Center City May 2021-2022 !
Hi all!
My application was fully completed as of today. Does anyone have any ideas about how long it would take to hear back about interviews/admission? I got into another program that needs a decision by the end of December but this is my top choice so I'm trying to hold off putting in my deposit for the other program. Any information is really helpful!

I would give them about 2-3 weeks. I just heard from them on Monday 11/9 for an interview.

Hi Nikki,
Congratulation on your admittance! I have my interview Dec 2nd. Do you have any tips for the interview?
Good Evening Guys ,
I wanted to get in contact with anyone who is currently in the TJU FACT -2 program . I wanted to ask how do you like the program ? How it it set up , as in is it mostly test based ? Or are there some quizzes and assignments as well? I currently go to Neumann University and I am looking to transfer over because I do not like Neumann’s nursing program at all :(. If anyone had any information on TJU program it episode really help me !
Hi everyone! I applied to the program on October 15, they have received everything except my letter of rec. My professor is gonna send it to them on November 15, which is the priority deadline. If they receive it November 15, but then processing it takes a few days or so, would this still count as priority applicant? I’m just confused about this, please lmk if anyone knows! Thanks!

Thank you!! They sent out questions 24 hours before the interview and asked all of those, the only question that wasn't on there was when she asked each person a different scenario based question in which mine was "what do you do if a patient refuses the treatment plan although it is very important that they be treated". Don't overthink questions or plan the answers out too much but definitely go over responses ahead of time and possibly some mock interviews with family/friends! Thats what I did and I really feel that it helped me be less nervous.
