Your story is truly an inspiration for me. I also took my nclex on 8/8/08 and I had all 265 questions, just found out this morning that I failed. BUT after reading your truly amazing story, I know I can nail this beast. The P & D book you refer to in your post, is that the priority & delegation book? Maybe I will also give that one a try. CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU ON YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENT, I AM SOOOO VERY PROUD OF YOU.....TAKE A DEEP BREATH..GO CELEBRATE....YOU WILL MAKE AN AMAZING NURSE!!!!

Thanks, I am so sorry to hear that you didn't pass (don't use the word fail, because none of us are failures), I've been there. Keep at it and victory will be yours too. Yes I was referring to the prioritization and delegation book make sure to focus on the rationales because they help. Relax, take a break, then get back on to the training ground to prepare you to beat the NCLEX beast. Best of luck to you :redbeathe

Congratulations! To hear how you conquered your anxiety and finally passed the NCLEX is very inspiring. I just failed the NCLEX this past May and I've been so depressed. To know that it's possible to pass after failing is amazing. Thank you for sharing your success!!

Thanks, I've traveled that road so I understand. Yes my test anxiety had gotten the best of me and thank God I was able to relax and trust what I knew. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't pass this time and like you said, it is possible to pass after not passing (we shouldn't even use the word fail). Just keep your eyes on the prize and stay focused. One day soon you too will be an RN :nurse:

Sorry you didn't pass. Pretty awful feeling. :icon_hug: But like you said to brwnsuga' date=' you can "nail the beast". :sasq: Take some time off to clear your mind and do something nice for yourself. Then come back with a positive attitude ready to pass. Have you tried Suzannes plan? I am on the first part right now. I failed twice & am not planning to fail again!!!! Give it a try, it may help. Good luck!!:redpinkhe:wink2:[/quote']

Thanks for the encouragement:bow:...I already rescheduled and I take it on September 26th:yeah:....We will both pass the NCLEX!!!!!
