I am taking NRSE 4550 Spring 2 2013. Who else is in this class?

I am a little confused about the extra credit. I thought that extra credit was for extra points. It looks like they are adding the extra credit into the possible points total. Am I wrong. I hope so.

Congrats!!!! Take a well deserved break. I am so jealous... I still have 16 more months and 11 classess at the end of this semester. I can't wait to be done.

Bless your pea picking heart. I really feel for you Cincinursemary. Hang in there. I am just so ready to be done. Still have Leadership and the last 6 weeks of Business Communication. April 27 cannot come too soon for me. I am just exhausted.

I admire your tenacity to keep forging ahead. I know there are several of you that had to take a lot of classes. I admire those that remain steadfast and motivated for online classes. Keep up the good work.

Week 5 discussion board instructions are very confusing--as usual!! I am hoping that something will be posted to clarify what they want! I hope someone out there has a better handle on this assignment!!

Click on the AHRQ link in the DB instructions. You can select any topic that interests you. Once you click on that subject, there will be report summaries. Choose three of the reports and follow the remaining instructions. This DB should prove to be more interesting because of the variety of subjects that will be discussed. One of the topics I selected initially only had two reports, so I chose another subject. There are multiple bullets for this assignment, but I think the instructions are pretty straightforward.

Are you guys mentioning a practice used at your facility that is not evidence-based?? How you handling htis one? I can't think of any, believe it or not!

Yes. I think it was from weeks 3 and four. It was the ones that we could take as many times as we wanted. My understanding was that this was extra credit.

Yes, the extra credit points are added to your grade, but the possible points do not change. So, the extra credit gives you the chance to get 250 points, out of 240 possible.
