I am taking NRSE 4550 Spring 2 2013. Who else is in this class?

Looking over and trying to figure out the instructions for this last discussion post. Seems like a lot of work for 10 points.

ldwrn do you know if we are to comment on both the AHRQ and the one that is evidence practice occuring at my place of work. I have emailed the TA but I have not received feedback. I just woke up and read the announcement. It said that the directions were wrong and that the second part of the directions are correct.

Hi--use the examples in boxes 17-7, 17-8 and you can compare those to what is going on at your place of employment.

I'm just writing a little sentence or two about what's not evidence-based at my work. What's confusing me (I think) is that the reports we choose don't necessarily have anything to do with what we choose from our work. I think this is the most confusing DB of this class. Like I said, alot of work for 10 points!

This direction are not straightforward. They provided two sets of directions that contradict the other. They should have one set of instructions. I asked about the AHRQ discussion because all I could find is one subject that had two summaries to talk about. You cannot use a different subject. Go to the Questions and answer board. I asked that specific question. The only reply I received is sarcasm. Read the announcement and then read go read the week 5 tab directions for this and tell me that these directions are not clear.

eabroussardrn I had the same issue, the only thing I can suggest is to pick a very broad term such as surgery.

I will try that. I don't think they realize how much information is really on that site. This sounds like busy work. Thank God I am done with this after this week. No more school for me.

Anyone having problems accessing the AHRQ website today. I cannot pull up the site for some reason.

I don't seem to understand the DB at all! 30/30 on the quiz though! Not sure how much time I am willing to devote to the DB as the points I receive for it won't change my grade. Not sure if it's worth doing.
