If anyone is interested in helping out another student, you could send you books to me!! I'm too broke to buy NCLEX books right now but I want to get started early because my school has a really low pass rate (I'll graduate in April).
I can be contacted by pm if anyone is willing to recycle a book to me! :kiss :kiss :kiss
PS... I can pay shipping.... I'm wouldn't ask anyone to put money out for me

I would really really really really appreciate it!

Believe it or not, check out your local thrift shop. Sometimes someone will just box a bunch of books, drop them off, and you can get an NCLEX book for $1.99.

Ebay is good too. If a NCLEX book comes out with a new addition the older addition usually goes for cheap. I have no idea why because the newer addition usually doesn't change that much.
I wish I could help but I'm still using mine and will hand them over to my friend afterwards.
Thanks for the ideas :) I'm in a tiny retirement town with no thrift stores (well, not any that have books), but I did find one at my school library so I can use that temporarily. I also got a couple of offers from people here - thanks SO much! Maybe we can come up with a trade or another way for me to repay you guys :)
Too bad we can't have some sort of trading post forum on here for this kind of stuff.
(I suggested something like it months ago, but it was pointed out that it would be difficult to ward off spammers.)

That would be an awesome idea but yeah..I see their point.

I was thinking the same thing. I guess there are always a few bad apples, but I go to other forums where they have a thread for "buy, sell & trade" or whatever & it seems to work for the most part... hey, we need a nurses-item Freecycle

Ebay is a great resource, but hey try your local library and check one out :)
That is of course if you don't find anyone to donate one
I still have a long ways to go before I consider buying one, sorry about that or else I really would send one your way.
