So.. I turned in my application about 2 weeks ago and the deadline hasn't even lapsed yet..dang it I want to know if I got in already!! :arghh: Anybody else on the same boat? I think we find out in May, right?

Accepted as alternate!!! I'll take it!

Unfortunately, I am unfamiliar with the process. The only think I have seen around here is to make sure you do the things you would as if you are admitted (vaccines and such). That way there is no reason you cant go if/when they call you.

I was an alternate for the Spring 2015 program. I just barely missed the cut. But I easily made it this time around. Anyways, DONT give up hope.

How many points did you have?

If you make an appointment with the selection people (can't say names), you can find out what number you are in line. Also, start getting all your immunizations done, get a uniform or two (whites, as they take a day or two to make up), and attend all the meetings.

Being an alternate is pretty stressful. So hang in there.

I was number 19 or so last semester. They picked up the first 17. Good luck!

Well I definitely will be doing EVERYTHING that is required so I'm all set if I get that call. Keeping my fingers crossed and staying positive! Congrats to everyone, getting this far wasn't easy and it's well deserved!

You can always email the limited entry office to get a better idea but the cut off scores do vary from semester to semester.
