There for a medical report was necessary to determine what the bullet damaged Inside his body, because you can't see inside his body. Trump's ear is on the side of his head outside of his body. Correct. They must meet the DSM criteria for diagnosis of mental illness. Some of those criteria are obvious through simple observation.
