The Stalking Has Begun!

Published

Well, I am awaiting an acceptance/denial letter from Baker. They told us we would have them by Feb. 15th. I told myself I wouldn't start stalking the mailman until the end of January, but today, I found myself planted in front of the window for one hour waiting for the truck. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this waiting? It is absolutely brutal!

Thanks inspire. That is what I thought. So, if you start in August, can you take classes in October, too?

I should probably go to a nursing seminar, but I have my daughter, I don't want to get a sitter for a couple hours.

Someone I know started in Aug of 07 and will graduate May 09. Which ever time you start, classes continue except through summer.

I apologize, I thought you were asking about regular, non-nursing classes :p Thanks for the info

That's OK, I was really just trying to figure out how the program there works. I know at Baker, you start with your class and end with your class. (Unless you drop or fail.)

But each 16 week term has 2 sessions? Can you take the first 7 nursing credits the first 8 weeks, and the next set the next 8 weeks? Or do they break it up, with the first set in the first 16 weeks, and the second set the next 16 weeks.

If you can take them back to back, it is a difference of starting in August, and taking classes, August, Oct, January, March... or August, January, August, January.

I only started thinking about their program this summer. I am going to look up the nursing seminar times. LOL

OK, yet another option. You take the 1500 classes the first 8 weeks and the 1600 classes the second 8 weeks??

Sorry to sound so obtuse. LOL
