The HRSA nursing scholarship is available now. I just submitted my application although I'm probably a long shot.

The application cycle typically opens in late Winter or early Spring and closes in late Spring or early Summer, so be sure to check the website regularly for updates.
To be eligible for the HRSA Scholarship, you must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an accredited program that leads to a degree in one of the following disciplines:
You must also be a U.S. citizen, a national, or permanent resident.
Have no federal judgment liens and service commitment.
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can apply for scholarship through the HRSA's online application system.

Joe, when you are checking your report, are you checking the same report, or are you ordering a new report and checking it? Once you pull it, it's not going to update unless you are either ordering a new one, or if you belong to a monitoring service.Just a thought as to that being the problem????
New reports. I haven't tried transunion though. Maybe JJ3rd uses transunion.
UPDATE on CL...
I just got an email from her that says the following:
"I am out of the office on vacation. Notification will go out on Aug. 23rd or 24th. I will get back with you when I return from vacation."
I don't know if this helps me or not but at least she responded...I don't know if she really is on vacation though because otherwise why would she be checking her email?? Maybe she just can't get away or maybe it is meant to just distract us...either way, I got an answer back...even if it didn't answer all the questions I had...
I am glad you found that out. Makes me feel a whole lot better!!! I was starting to wonder if all of KH's people had been forgotten about. Keep us posted bc I am sitting in TN also just waiting and waiting............
If you get ur credit pulled met me know. I still have not had mine pulled yet....
I'm not getting "ugly" or on your back. I have received calls and emails from the proper people but I still feel for those individuals who are stressed and looking for answers. I just don't think it's fair of you to blame posters who have said they've tried to contact their analyst. They aren't spoiled brats, they are simply trying to cover their bases. Wouldn't you want to feel you did everything you could? This scholarship can change people's lives.
I think that if they did not want people to contact them they would not have their contact information. I agree with both, I think they are disorganized and need to work on that for next year (although they have done much better than last year), I have called someone that contacted me first... She said zif I had any questions to call her and she would help if she could. She is not my analyst. I have called her twice and she was very nice and helpful. I think we all have jobs to do, and some people just do not want to do their jobs. I hope for the best for everyone, I know what ever happens will happen. It is out of my control. :)
I am hoping that means she already sent them out?!? but i doubt it my credit wasn't checked until the 11th...unless she did half before and then the 2nd half that day. I am pretty much in the middle of the alphabet. I mean if she is done w/ her stuff there is no reason why her awards can't be sent out. It is only a 10 days early.
She may have a personal emergency, if she does Im sure they have someone helping with her people.
So all you people who got the emails and have had the credit check done...how many credits are you taking this fall. Ones that count towards your program, dont count anything extra.
10 credits. 5 the first 8 weeks and 5 the second 8 weeks. However, my program still considers that full time.

So I just pulled Experian and it says that CBC/Bureau of Primary Health pulled my credit on 8/10, too. I don't know why it's listed differently on different credit bureaus, but hey, it works for me.
