I am pretty sure that my file has not gone to the right person. According to the nice lady on the phone my analyst is CL BUT jJ3rd supposedly has the file but he doesn't even tell me anything. It is either that or I am definitely an alternate and they do not want to tell me.
Or it could be that JJ has your file and he hasn't pulled credits yet. Let's go with that theory :)
You can always email VJ and ask him if he knows who your analyst is. He's always been so helpful.
So thanks to the tip from MRevis, I checked my report for free. I checked Equifax and my credit was pulled by CBR Mortgage Services on 8/10/10. Nothing specifically saying HRSA. I live in FL, my analyst is CL and my last name begins with K.
Pull Experian and look for CBC/DHHS/BPHC...the DHHS is for Department of Health and Human Services...
joe dont give up yet there is still plenty of time. i used privacy assist through bank of america. sign up for them for the free 30 day trail and make sure you cancel before the 30 days, you have to enter a credit card. they sent me an alert via email and text message about some activity.

my last name starts with d...
It is hard to know if he has pulled credits because it seems that I am the only one here "on his list". Anyone else with JJ3rd?? Sorry guys, i am just a little down that's all. I still have my approved loans.
In checking your credit have you looked for an inquiry from CBC/DHHS/BPHC or the CBR Mortgage Services through either Experian or Equifax?? They would both be on the same day with one on each report...

Experian does not have any inquiries on my file and Equifax has one inquiry from AT&T back in March. Not even my private loans appear as inquiries.
I was able to pull my Experian report and it says CBC/DHHS/BPHC and through Equifax's actual site it says CBR Mortgage and then through a different site Equifax says CBCINNOVIS. So I think it just depends on who you are using to pull your credit report????
So maybe CBCINNOVIS is CBR mortgage but just the credit checking part of the company? I'm guessing
Joe, when you are checking your report, are you checking the same report, or are you ordering a new report and checking it? Once you pull it, it's not going to update unless you are either ordering a new one, or if you belong to a monitoring service.
Just a thought as to that being the problem????

They checked mine on 08/03/2010 through Equifax and then CBC/DHHS/BPHC checked in through Experian on the same day. They may be doing it through the mortgage services to see if you have had any previous FHA/VA Foreclosure mortgage loans...
As far as BK affecting anyone, it shouldn't unless a BK was filed and some sort of federal debt was included if it could be included...such as FHA mortgage foreclosure debt, student loans through the government, back owed child support or federal taxes...
I know that is all they are looking for is if you have delinquent federal debt or child support...stuff like that...
My analyst is CL and my last name starts with an A if that helps anyone...
