I would like to know how to prepare Speaking. Before to take the IELTS, is there any way to estimate the speaking score? I am in self-studying, just bought one-month Scott's english that is recommended by here yesterday.
To learn about the crieteria on which IELTS spoken part is evaluated, marked or scored visit this site http://www.ielts.org/teachersandresearchers/scoreprocessingreportingandinterpretation/UOBDs_SpeakingFinal.pdf
i took my IELTS exam last April 8 for my listening, writing and reading subtest and April 10 for y speaking subtest. and i passed!!! i didnt have enough time to prepare since i dont were to start in the review hehehe. the reading was quite difficult for me. good thing the rater for my speaking was a Pakistani and gave me the required band for speaking. you know a lot of nurses who took the IELTS get nervous during speaking. the best thing to do is enjoy the conversation. hahaha you know candicates are afarid when the moment they step the registration area for speaking and knows there rater specially filipino rater then nervous starting to rise. i think they just rate fair. and to thos didnt make it enjoy the exam.
