Agreed! Sometimes I venture out onto the other boards and I'm taken aback by some of the snarkiness. I love our supportive place!

I'm not a school nurse and I can't really apply much of what I see here to my practice, but I think this is exactly why I love reading this forum. It's nice to go to a place where other nurses are supportive and helpful. No backstabbing, no spite, just good humor and respect all around.

Actually, if it weren't for the fact that you're a school nurse and far too young, I'd think you were my mother. She just retired from 30 years as an LTC nurse, but her sense of humor and style is very similar to yours - which is why I love reading your posts.

Though I don't think she's ever waged war on unconventional ellipses....

Speaking of snarkiness! My mom said people aren't gonna want to be around me due to my snarkiness and also hinted thats why I got dumped! I don't think you guys mind me at all.
