Hey there everyone,

Noticed no one made a topic for the twu fall 2024 cohort applications yet so I thought I would do it. Maybe it's just too early, but Im itching to get started! Has anyone already taken TEAS and finished all prerequisites? I'm nervous because I'm transferring in with no previous bachelors so I have no preference.

Did you get an eligibility email at all? If so, I would wait a week and then contact the school directly to ask. That's what I did with another school and I was accepted but just hadn't gotten my letter yet. Fingers crossed! 🙂

No. You will get an email saying you weren't accepted. As long as you got your eligibility email, you're still being considered. They're sent out in waves.  Hopefully by Mid April bc that's when the first wave has to accept or decline.  My friend is also in the same vote waiting. Sucks but you got this! I know some that found out last year mid April and later.

Does anyone know if the Drug test have to be completed before April 15?  Also, do we have to fast before the drug test?  I ask because the order from Castlebranch did not indicate we should!

the only thing you have to do before April 11th is accept your seat and purchase the castlebranch tracker. You have to submit the things mentioned in the email before orientation on May 3rd

I already accepted and submitted my acceptance!  😊

But on the attachment sent with my admitted email (under the clinical compliance section) is says we must purchase a drug screening on Castlebrach no later than April 15 and once purchased we have 7 days to visit the lab and complete the test.  So  should I interpret this... to have the drug screening completed by no later than April 22?  About a week before orientation.  Is anyone else doing the drug screening before orientation?

It's indicated in the acceptance packet attached to the admission email.  See the clinical compliance section.

I only see that we are subject to a randomized drug test, where are you seeing the April 15th date?

Maybe it's different for the ones accepted to Houston.  I'm going to Houston, so my admission packet may have different requirements and dates.  Sorry for the confusion!
