walkerrn2015 I applied to Texas sites and have not heard anything yet. When I called the admissions advisor she said she was working on Texas interviews this week. Hopefully we will hear by next week! Anmarshall and Talon received phone interviews and were both accepted to the Texas VA Dallas Site. Congratulations to you both!

Thanks, after talking to the girlfriend/future wife I am probably going to be going to Houston. No 100% but the Doctoral degree now might be worth it.

Though I won't lie, I feel like going to TWU would be a little easier for my current situation!

This is the same conflict I am having with TWU Colton and USC. This will be the first year USC is offering a DNAP. Although the drive and work schedule will be murderous on me to go there. TWU is only 3 days a week for didactic, and about 1/3 the drive (1.5-2 hours per day as opposed to 5-6 hours for USC!!). The degree and school prestige is enticing. In the end, set yourself up to do well. You can get the doctorate after while working. TWU has a bridge program and it's all online. That 8 months more I would spend getting my DNAP now I could make $100k working. Think about all the aspects of your options. You will make the choice that's right for you. Congratulations on having the problem to decide! Hahaha.

I am still waiting for Texas sites as well. I emailed the coordinator earlier this week, but haven't gotten a response. Glad to know I'm not alone! Congrats to those that are in!

Thank you for replying, glad to know I am not alone either, please keep me posted next week on when you all receive e mails or phone calls and I will do the same. Also, if you call the admissions office Monday let me know what she says. I may call on Monday too but now that I know I am not alone I may wait till the end of next week. It is the weekend and I hate having to wait another two days before the week starts over again on Monday, haha. Good luck to you all!

I called and she told me I was set to interview in January and that she hasn't done Texas sites yet. It makes me feel better to know she said that but I still want that e mail!!! Hah. Congrats to everyone with skype interviews!

I too have not heard anything springhopeful. Congratulations in your interviews walkerrn2015 and rntocrna_erin! There are a few on this thread who have received phone/skype interviews, so hopefully their previous posts can provide some insight into the phone interview.

walkerrn2015 did you receive an email as well notifying you of your interview? I don't want to overload her office with calls if more emails will go out this week.

Furtail, no I did not get an e mail yet! She just told me Texas sites were being worked on and when she looked up my name she told me I was on the list to be interviewed in January. Still anxiously awaiting to have it in writing though!! Haha.
