Hello! This might be a little early, but I wanted to create a group for those applying to Texas Tech ABSN 2024. With applications due in the coming months, I was hoping to have this space for anyone to submit tips or questions that may come up. Thanks!

Yup..from past forums it seems like its acceptances, and then waitlist acceptances and then rejection letters once all spots are filled.

I guess you're right. I'm unsure what to think. I was hoping they only partially sent out acceptances because of their system, and that the sites weren't full yet, but with the weird way things have gone, I'm sure that's the case

Unfortunately. Don't worry I also didn't receive a letter which dumb founded me because I have all the grades,GPA, and experience, recent graduate etc. Tech is a very competitive school, but I've already been applying to master programs if this doesn't work out. Leaving it in gods hands now.
Everyone who got an acceptance offer has until Friday 5PM to submit their acceptance and seat deposit of $175 anyone who doesn't secure their seat before the 29th this Friday. Will be forfeited and seats will be offered to other candidates. So I'd just say a prayer, hold tight and hope someone had eyes on another program. Opening up spots at one of the locations of your choice. I've submitted my seat deposit for San Antonio.

I'm hoping we don't have to wait that late I think it was saying it'll be conducted up until Nov 1 but hopefully we'll know next week since the accepted candidates have until tomorrow to pay their spot fee.

Ooo yes true! That makes more sense, so I wonder if they sent out waitlist and rejections. I figured when they said second wave they meant (waitlist).
