Texas Tech University ABSN 2024

Published

Hello! This might be a little early, but I wanted to create a group for those applying to Texas Tech ABSN 2024. With applications due in the coming months, I was hoping to have this space for anyone to submit tips or questions that may come up. Thanks!

So can you do part one then come back and do part two later?

Sadly no, It has to be completed in one sitting

No it has to be done all in sitting.

Are you guys applying to any other ABSN programs in TX? What other programs should I apply to as backup? I looked into Baylor because it was also 12 months and applied there.

Is it 3 minutes per prompt or 3 minutes for all the 6 prompts - I don't think that was clarified in the email?

Y'all that last video though! LOL I felt like a fool talking to no one.

Did you guys feel confident on the video portion afterwards I feel as if I'm going to stutter LOL

Thought about it, but Tech is the only one I see that has a reasonable price. I  from Waco and Baylor was too expensive for me.

each video is 3 minutes

Congrats on completing it!! Question (and to any others that have completed it) do you think prepping multiple interview questions is worth it? Or did you find the questions to be easy to just talk about ?

I prepped, but I am a planner by nature.

Is there a break in between the questions or we do them all at once ?

You are able to login into your app and see how it all breaks down!

Sorry to bother y'all again do y'all remember if the questions asked are directly related to the prompts they provided us with or is It completely opposite? I kinda asked this question earlier, but unsure if this means I need to look up additional random interview questions.
