I am going to ASSUME so. It creates a nice comparison if everyone is answering the same questions

Agreed. This makes me think we may get a response quicker for the acceptance since they're on doing a quick deadline.

So I'm confused is section one just things we answer and the actual essay is the videos?

Yes! They are all essentially short essays, but some are written and some are video recorded!
