Is anyone applying to TTU Traditional BSN nursing program Fall of 2015?? I thought this would be a great place we could all come together and ask questions, answer questions, encourage each other, and stay up to date!!

What campus are you applying to?
How many campuses can we apply to?
If you are applying for Fall 2015 have you completed all 57 credit hours?
Cumulative and science GPA? (If too personal, don't answer) :)
How many volunteer hours will you have?
Does anyone know about how many apply vs. get accepted?
Any tips, advice, or information you want to share with us scared future nurses?!
When is everyone scheduled to take the TEAS?

I agree with you. They should have sent out acceptance letters/denial letters at the same time for all campuses. Thank you for making me feel better about Abilene! I really hope I get in...
I officially accepted and paid my placement fee today.
In the acceptance email it said that people admitted would have to make a decision by Thursday and if they decided to attend pay their fee by Thursday also. So maybe they are waiting to see if people that were accepted decided not to go (maybe tech was a 2nd choice) and then send out more emails?
I didn't know they were calling people to tell them they didn't get in. It doesn't sound like something they would do because then the applicant has the chance to ask a bunch of questions about why they didn't get in which I imagine they wouldn't really want to deal with.
txagg I was thinking that might be the case but they said they should have the decisions out before spring break so they should notify everyone as soon as possible then they can let people on the wait list know if a spot becomes available later.
I am just so confused as to how things are being done right now! Everything is so badly organized and it is obviously hurting those who have applied as well as those who work at the campuses who are clearly not properly informed about anything. I wish I could call them and give them my information so they could tell me whether I got in or not. SO FRUSTRATING. I guess that no news is good news right now... I think....
I'm at the HSC right now and at the end of semester 2...they are very organized so I don't think that's the problem. When you have the chance to choose multiple campuses and people accepting and denying offers (cause most apply to more than one school), that's create several list that they are going by. So just be patient and trust that they are very professional and know what they are doing...even if some are giving vague info.

Why would they call just to say you didn't get in. That would suck.
