I am applying for Texas Tech's Accelerated BSN program. So I wanted to start a thread for all Fall2013 hopefuls. I think I am going to apply to both Austin and the other location that is not El Paso(I can't think of the name)

Has everyone gotten all their vaccines taken care of?

When did they tell you that they were going to decide? I heard by the fist of next week...

I got a paper titled: INSTRUCTIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION IF ACCEPTED TO TTUHSON SECOND DEGREE FOR FALL 2013.

Everyone that went to an interview should have gotten this, I am guessing.

The first bullet item says:

TTUHSC SON will announce admission decisions by the first part of July. Notifications will be sent via the email you used on your application.

@scbrown85 Where did you hear by the first of next week?

Well at the end of my interview I thought thats what they said but I was also kind of nervous and thinking about everything I said so im not positive. And that could have also been only Odessa, I don't know. What also confuses me though is I thought I also heard one of the interviewers say they were meeting next wednesday to decide so its either next week or the week after. I am hoping she meant they were meeting this wed as in today!! My anxious mind is playing tricks on me

@Scbrown85 What day was your interview?

I thought they were still conducting interviews until tomorrow for Abilene and I don't know when Lubbock's interviews were.

But they have to do all sites before deciding who is accepted.

Has everyone already done their CBC (criminal background check) and fingerprints? along with all vaccines?

I'm doing my fingerprinting on Tuesday but I havent started getting my Vaccines yet

I got my fingerprint and CBC done Monday. I am also done with my vaccines.

Aqua2303- how was your interview??
Hello! I think my interview went great! I was a nervous wreck but everyone was very friendly. I had the chance to speak with 3 students which are currently in the program...they were very informative...and made me feel more motivated, excited and less nervous about the program. So, according to posts from Fall 2012...they found out on July 2nd! Maybe we will find out around that time. I completed my fingerprinting last Friday...and all my vaccines are up to date.
