I am applying for Texas Tech's Accelerated BSN program. So I wanted to start a thread for all Fall2013 hopefuls. I think I am going to apply to both Austin and the other location that is not El Paso(I can't think of the name)

Already sold them all to online sites about a week ago. Sorry. But, I also used a lot of digital books. I like the ones that are on Pageburst (Evolve, Elsevier), but had bad experiences with other digital offerings. Most of the students dropped their uniforms off at the school today during the final comprehensive exam, and they'll offer those to you. That'll save a few bucks. You're going to work hard, meet some brilliant people, and ultimately be very proud of your choice. It goes by very, very fast. Wreck 'em!

Do you recommend buying all the books?!

Where will you be living in Abilene? I just moved into my apartment at Parkridge place. The city is not bad so far.

I'm living at Hotel Wooten.. It's close to the TTUHSC where we interviewed... I'm paying $656 for a one bedroom! It won't be ready until this Friday :(

Not sure what the difference between those are. I was thinking of getting a bundled package with the book and E-Book.

If you don't mind me asking....what bad experience did you have with the other e-Books?

Was it for the Applying Nursing Process: A Took for Critical Thinking?

I have vitalsource. Don't know the difference with kno. With pageburst the book resides on your computer and pages load quickly. Some of the other ebooks are internet based and every page has to download. This is important because some of the tests are open book but timed.
