Hi! I am a current student and created this thread to connect applicants as it was helpful to me when I was going through the application process! Good luck on your applications!

I've seen this comment a few times..students have to pay a deposit to accept their spot for the program and location? This is the first I've ever heard of something like this... And how long do people have to consider once they recieve their acceptance offer?
Thank you!

The enrollment fee is new to me too. Not sure if the $175 goes towards the cost of something else (tuition, books, etc) or if it’s strictly an enrollment fee only (not applied towards our nursing fees).
From what I’ve seen posted, students usually get 2 weeks to decide but this year, offer letters were sent on Monday (9/26) and students had until Friday (today) by 5pm to decide.

We had to do it last year as well. It is actually very common.

I'm currently in a nursing program (looking to switch to the TTUHSC ABSN) and we didn't have to pay a deposit so I was just surprised! That's super interesting! Do you know what the deposit goes towards?

I don’t think it goes towards anything that I am aware of! But I may be wrong

Has anyone from the previous year attended the Dallas location? Where were the clinical locations?
I'm still waiting on a response for acceptance or denial for the Dallas location ? Hopefully we all hear back soon!
