Hi! I am a current student and created this thread to connect applicants as it was helpful to me when I was going through the application process! Good luck on your applications!
Anything y’all? This wait is painful.
I’m sure they have their reasons for sending a few emails out at a time (if that’s the case), but I’m curious as to why/how this whole process works. I completely respect the process, it’s just tough waiting.
I don’t know if I want to cry or smile because I want this so bad. LOL ?

Hi! I have applied to the SA cohort. I am wondering how the program was for you. I am super curious and eager to learn about the program. Is it all self-taught? How often do you go on campus/ where is campus? Anything particular that I need to know to hopefully begin?

I haven’t heard of any rejection. But I am also wondering about the Dallas one being full that was the one I applied to ??

It is mostly self-taught. You get weekly readings and assignments that you are responsible for and each site has a retention counselor that holds study group/exam reviews for the major classes (fundamentals, pharm, chronic, acute). We do not have a campus - all didactics are online. We meet in person to take exams and do simulations at a designated hospital. The hospitals we attend clinical at are Methodist Hospital, University Hospital, and CHRISTUS Santa Rosa.

Good to hear. I’ve been on edge since yesterday, and been constantly checking my email ?
