I applied for THR Versant for July 2020 on November 31st, 2019. I had interviews on January 7th. They said we would be hearing back in about a week, and the anticipation is killing me. Has anyone heard back/gotten an offer/gotten a decline?
Good luck to anyone that applied.
I interviewed with the panel at Fort Worth for L&D, NICU, and women's in January. I did not receive an offer for them but I did for the Soutwest location. Don't attempt to shake their hand due to flu season ? I tried to introduce myself and shake their hands and it was an immediate "We don't shake hands due to flu season" put me on the wrong foot immediately.
Hey everyone, kinda late to this party. So I interviewed in January for Fort Worth's Women's Services group interview panel, as well as, Southwest's ED and Women's Services. I was offered and accepted a L&D position with Southwest (so if anyone else did too let me know!). Let me know if you have any questions and I can try to answer. Good luck to everyone!

I interviewed with Southwest NICU and L&D in January too. I am an internal candidate and still didn't get the job. Will you be a BSN? I'll be an ADN and I feel like that's why they turned me down.

I will be a BSN but I am an external and out of state applicant. I don’t think being an ADN should be a reason to turn you down... especially since they will require you to get a BSN within a certain amount of time anyway. I’m sorry you didn’t get an offer that go around.

Yes we are! I am not sure if it is different at every location, but you can reach out to your recruiter for specifics. Southwest has 6 different shift pays starting at an additional $4 for weekday evenings (7-11p), $4.25 for nights (11p-7a), weekend days ($6), weekend evenings ($9). and weekend nights ($10)
