I applied for THR Versant for July 2020 on November 31st, 2019. I had interviews on January 7th. They said we would be hearing back in about a week, and the anticipation is killing me. Has anyone heard back/gotten an offer/gotten a decline?

Does anyone know how the interview process works? Do they go by units/facilities one by one or is it kinda of random?

So for the first round of interviews they held them all in one week at a single location, but for this round I believe they go one by one by facility. The only hospital I have heard who has scheduled interviews so far is THRFW

No, I decided not to apply for the second round since I got a women’s offer (which is my dream unit) on the first round. Let me know if you have any other questions, I’ll try to help as best as I can!

Congratulations! How exciting! When you found out you got an interview, did they call you to tell you? Or did your application status change in the portal?

They emailed me with an interview invite! I think my status stayed “under hiring manager review”.

I have a friend who has multiple interviews scheduled next week. She is already an employee there. I haven't heard anything yet, but have several listed as "application under review" still.

Is this for the Fort Worth location? They probably interview the internal candidates first to offer them the spots.

I am an internal candidate. I had one interview this last Friday and I have more coming up over the next two weeks. I’m praying for the one I had on Friday.

I have received interviews from Plano, FW, Arlington, and HEB.

Going through the first round was so hard. I had interviews and was turned down in the end. I’m hoping for a better outcome this time.
