GN positions posted earlier this week. Has anyone heard anything yet???

HEB ICU. All my positions for Dallas and Ft. Worth still are still "forwarded to hiring manager." I had an initial interview with the unit manager a few days ago. Then, she picked the top 10ish applicants and sent them for a panel interview. All the panel interviews were done in 1 day. I assume that after the panels were done, the unit manager and panel team conferred and made a decision.

Congrats jennyshambles! I have a panel interview next week. Were the questions similar to the 1-on-1 interview or more behavioral style?

ALL behavioral, so reflect on some good situations in clinical that you can potentially draw upon for your answers

My interview was for L&D in Stephenville. I am supposed to hear this week who they are calling back for 2nd interviews. 24 people applied and there is only ONE position. My friend had an interview last Tuesday for OR downtown. She is supposed to hear something soon about who they picked for the 8 spots, no second interview required.

I had my panel interview today. I think I talked too fast, which I do when I'm nervous, but otherwise I feel like I had a pretty decent answer to all the questions they asked. The waiting game continues!

I received two offers, and am thrilled to be joining the Oncology Unit at HEB! I can't wait for July 22nd to be here!! :)
