No PCT experience, just worked retail and no prior degree other than the BSN I'm about to receive. I also wrote about a memorable experience on the floor I applied to and chose to be on that unit for my collaborative and capstone class. I networked and the nurses on the floor put a good word in for me to the manager and charge nurse.
Looking back whenever I first started clinical, I would've networked a lot more and put my name out there.

It opened and closed within a day. I'm hoping not a lot of people applied so they are reviewing them thoroughly but then again they might have already someone in mind LOL
