that's so frustrating! I thought I may hear back today or tomorrow, but that doesn't seem to be the case since they are still interviewing!

You may! I've been a nurse for over a year now so I applied for a PRN position, not for the actual residency program so it might be two different processes.

they never sent me an email, but I saw in the application portal that I was not selected 

I'm in nursing school in michigan, and am looking for good residency programs. I can't find much about benefits on their website? Does anyone know of benefits to this program, besides obviously learning/experience?
