Anyone who got hired at THR HEB want to connect early before orientation?

No PCT experience, just worked retail and no prior degree other than the BSN I'm about to receive. I also wrote about a memorable experience on the floor I applied to and chose to be on that unit for my collaborative and capstone class. I networked and the nurses on the floor put a good word in for me to the manager and charge nurse. Looking back whenever I first started clinical, I would've networked a lot more and put my name out there.

Got offered a position with THR Bedford!

I'm struggling, I've applied to every hospital and for some hospitals almost every unit and I've only been able to only score 2 interviews. The 1st interview didn't get the position and now I'm waiting to see for the 2nd??

Yeah I want to know too! What unit did you interview for?

My interview was supposed to be blocked out for 30 minutes but it went for an hour/ a little over an hour! I was expecting a short interview because I know they had other interviews after mine but it def went longer than expected!

Congrats! I had my interview today with THR Bedford and they asked me 7-8 questions. Currently stressing bc I feel like I choked up on some questions and they could definitely tell I was nervous ?

I believe THR usually gives priority to internals

No! I didn't apply to FTW. I already got some "no longer considered" for some of my Plano applications.

I know THR Bedford already did their PCU and ED interviews last week. I believe the CSU is doing theirs this week.

My recruiter said they're doing another round of interviews for positions that didn't fill. Last week she said it would be in 2-3 weeks.

Got an email from Methodist Dallas saying my application got forwarded to a hiring manager
