OK, I am starting this thread for people who plan to apply for the bridging programs at both of these schools. The application period is coming up so I just wanted to see who else out there is going to apply:)

So I took the Hesi test yesterday and I passed it. Now all that I need to do is be patient and wait to see if I get accepted into CTC or TC. Wish me luck. :p

Yes I did study hard because I failed the Math portion of the Hesi the first time, so I knew what to expect. To be honest with you, I did not study for it the first tme and forgot how to do fractions. So I wanted to be prepared for the test. I would have been so disappointed and humiliated if I did not pass it the second time around. Well, it is finally over! I am so happy that that is one obsticle off my plate and I feel so much relief.

I am trying to get into the bridging/transitional program. How are you doing as far as testing and application?

Wow... I really have to get it all moving this month. I have the book to study from but I have not began yet. So I have to take the test and apply really soon. I was thinking about giving it a shot without studying but you have encouraged me to study lol.... Thanks for that

Congrats on passing your test!!! I have a question for you. I may transfer to Central Texas College, from an out of state school, what sections of the HESI do they test on? I heard they dont test on all sections. Thanks

CTC tests on Math, Grammar and Vocabulary.

Ok thanks.. So no biology or A&P?? Just those 3 main sections..
