Temple College ADN/LVN 2014

I noticed that there has not been a 2014 topic started yet for the Temple College nursing programs. I am getting nervous and want to know if there is anyone out there applying for the same year I am. I will be applying for the ADN and LVN program. So far I have all my pre and co-requisites completed with a 3.76 GPA. I will be taking my hesi test this October, and I also live IN-district. I am nervous and losing sleep over whether or not my scores will be good enough!

There is a TC patch that says Vocational Nurse on it. U can buy it from the bookstore or the uniform store.

I went to the uniform store, for 3 patches it was 16 dollars. And it was scrub galore!! I love the ones with disney characters lol cant wait to go back to home health haha

Summer, I hope they don't make us order our unifoms from them because they are ridiculously expensive. Yeah I think its Cherokee and Landau I saw some students wearing them when I was up there last week. Let me know which site is better to order text books from. Ten more days until orientation girl.

My friend that is doing the bridge right now said they let u chose where u get your uniforms now... as long as its landau or cherokee and the ugly green color. Thank goodness. So ima be hittin up some sales girl!

Maybe after our orientation, we can go buy our patches? Ill drive us to the uniform store!!

Ok that's cool we can get our uniforms where we want them. Yes that would be awesome we can go buy our patches after orientation I know nothing about temple area or where things are am an Austin girl LOL. Did you ask your friend that is in the bridge program if the classroom exams are hard? That's what am worried about because I don't know how the teachers test methods are. I hope its not very hard.

Hey guys! I'm currently in the RN program and about to graduate. Anybody want to buy some books?! I'll sell the scrubs and white jacket too (with patch already on). They are pretty much in pristine condition. :)

I'll be happy to answer any questions about the traditional ADN program.

Also, melissa, did you guys have alternates get in your class? Im trying to give Jordan some hope! She was chosen alternate for the bridge program.

At orientation. And we dont register for them, the secretary does it for us. :) we will have our schedule next tuesday!!!!!
