Temple College ADN/LVN 2014

I noticed that there has not been a 2014 topic started yet for the Temple College nursing programs. I am getting nervous and want to know if there is anyone out there applying for the same year I am. I will be applying for the ADN and LVN program. So far I have all my pre and co-requisites completed with a 3.76 GPA. I will be taking my hesi test this October, and I also live IN-district. I am nervous and losing sleep over whether or not my scores will be good enough!

Ok, so I called Nancy!

She confirmed! They will mail the acceptance letters, and email the declinations. (she said the acceptance letters will have forms in them.)

However, when I asked if this would take place this Friday, she said, "God willing."

So... I am not sure when it is suppose to happen. I told myself if I didn't get an email on Friday, I would be relieved! but, if she isn't sure when they will go out, I am back to square one!

I went and applied to the adn program this morning. I was application number 59. It looks like they will be sending out letters through email. She said they communicate that way so we will see. Cocoacouture, they gave me my physical form, orientation, and background check when I went to the campus.

Is that at temple? I dont know anything about taylor so if you get in with adn, will it be at temple or taylor? Good luck :) that email thing is crazy! I dont like it anymore ....

Yep.. so, today, they sent the emails letting the alternates know. I guess tomorrow they will send the denial emails, and mail the acceptance letters. She told me the acceptance letters will have forms to fill out.

I hate this email thing. Its literally killing me. I keep refreshing my email hoping they will send the denials out today.. just so I know for sure.

@Angela, Temple is the only place with the ADN program, they were TALKING about starting one in Taylor or Cameron, but that talk has been in the works since I was in school... back in 2007-2008 lmao!

Good luck 2 you Maddy! Now we will start a countdown for you until May 10! Ugh.. I hate that horrible wait.

Summer-Do you by chance know anyone that is in the RN program and what their HESI scores were?

There was a space on the application where they check off VN program, it almost looked like I would get a point for acceptance to the vn program
