Temple College ADN/LVN 2014

I noticed that there has not been a 2014 topic started yet for the Temple College nursing programs. I am getting nervous and want to know if there is anyone out there applying for the same year I am. I will be applying for the ADN and LVN program. So far I have all my pre and co-requisites completed with a 3.76 GPA. I will be taking my hesi test this October, and I also live IN-district. I am nervous and losing sleep over whether or not my scores will be good enough!

Thanks Jordan. I thought that was what u had said, but I couldnt remember if I was suppose to do something first.

I cant wait till the 25th, so we can know how many people didnt accept, so that u can have a spot!

Rowley, do you know of their are any school, or student type of apartments in hutto?, Or in Taylor

Or I guess cheap ones as well

I own a home in hutto so I am not sure of options out there. Have you tried talking to anyone at Taylor ?

hEY SUMMERBLESSING my name is maggie. I left you a post on an older post and someone told me to leave you a post on this current forum. I got accepted in the bridging program at temple as well. I was trying to link up with someone who will be going there to give me some info about class schedule and clinicals and what to expect. I dont know anyone in the current program as of yet but i am glad i came across this forum to meet new people. Talk to you later.

Yay!! Hi maggie!! I am not too sure about hours yet.. but we will find out april 15. I do know its mon thru thurs. I just couldnt tell u which are class days and which are clinical days.

I just saw your other post. Im so sorry. I wish this thing would give notices alerting us when someone posts!

The Temple LVN program was great. I LOVED it. A few of my friends that bridged said the RN program was just as awesome. In fact, one of my teachers from the LVN program is coming over to teach the RN's, and she was super awesome. They are also very helpful.

Im so excited there is another bridger!!! Hopefully Jordan will be joining us! I hate going into things blind. This just made my night!

Lvn clinical days are tues and wed if that helps at all. In sad wete in different programs, but im glad theres another bridger and hopefully Jordan gets a call back :)

I just noticed your comment about the alert thing- I wish it did too, the email alert doesnt help at all unless you get a 'bling' for receiving an email- I have the email alert but dont know how to set it so it makes noise on my phone when i get an email..lol not into this phone at all with its touch screen, bluh

Do you know our hours for clinicals? I feel like I'm going in blind for the lvn program, since I know they change things year to year

I got my blue card today. I'm gonna bring my blue card and all of my immunization records up to the nursing office tomorrow. I still haven't heard anything yet about a slot. Everyone has until March 24th to accept their spot so hopefully I will hear something soon after that. Other than that....I will just keep praying for patience and that a spot will come open for me!! ;-)
