Technical Problem during NCLEX EXAM

Hi everyone! i just want to share what happened today when i took my NCLEX RN exam. I was already at 172 question and decided to have a break. So when i came back, I was surprised that the number I was answering is the same questions i already took a while ago until I realized that I came back to 102 question. I asked for help and they told me it was a technical problem. They made me a choice whether to continue the exam starting from 102 ( where in I already spent 3 hrs 1/2 in my previous 172 questions :banghead: ) or they will make an incident report and reschedule my exam. It was really frustrating and lost my concentration. So I decided to reschedule my exam since i was burnt out already. Then , I called the NCLEX about it and said that they are still investigating it and wait until Monday. Does anyone here had have the same experience ?

I have not asked that yet. . But I hope they can make some consideration about the incident. They told me it was the first time it happened and they are now trying to investigate the thing. I hope I have the passing grade and they can consider it as official. :scrying: . .

I also hope you passed and they make it official.

its rare but it could happen..(computers do fail)...the only other technical problem i have heard of happened 3 yrs ago when pearson vue couldnt get their finger print scanner to work after a major thunderstrom......so they gavea dude an option of whether to wait till they fix it or reschedule his test

How frustrating! I'm sorry that you had to go through that.

I am only the one at the testing center who had the problem. :banghead: . . im gonna call them again on monday for an update in the investigation. I hope it would be a positive news. :sniff:
